摘要: Background: Laboratory methods for HER2 assessment currently include immunohistochemical (IHC) (measuring protein overexpression) and fluorescence in situ hybridisation (FISH) gene amplification). The measure of by IHC is usually assessed the mouse monoclonal antibody CB11, polyclonal antibodies (Herceptest) directed against internal portion receptor. Recently, chromogenic (CISH), which detected a peroxidase reaction amplification can be determined regular bright-field microscopy, has emerged as an alternative to FISH. Aims: To evaluate status tissue microarrays (TMAs) invasive breast cancer using novel rabbit SP3 external HER2, correlate results with CB11 CISH. Methods: was performed two (CB11 SP3) CISH 10 TMA blocks 190 formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded cases carcinomas. Results: correlation between significant (p Conclusion: high level agreement SP3, that recognises extracellular domain receptor, CISH, shows this reliable candidate expression cancer.
