摘要: Abstract Cockroach fat body was incubated in vitro and treated with tissue homogenates, haemolymph samples second messengers. Pre-treatment of the fat-body donors proved to be extremely important as from hydrated responded differently treatment compared dehydrated donors. Of tissues tested, terminal abdominal ganglion had most dramatic effect, causing uptake sodium by release body. The uptake-release is sufficient account for total amount removed or added during a dehydration-rehydration cycle. Homogenates brain corpus cardiacum-allatum complex promoted body, but did not affect that rehydrated. results potassium were much more variable lesser magnitude, probably reflecting importance cation maintaining osmotic ionic balance.
