摘要: Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are key of the innate immune system and show cell subset-specific expression. We investigated messenger RNA (mRNA) expression TLR genes in human haematopoietic stem cells (HSC), naive B cells, memory plasma from palatine tonsils peripheral blood. HSC showed unrestricted TLR1-TLR9, contrast to which lacked TLR3, TLR4 TLR8 but expressed mRNA all other TLRs. demonstrated, for first time, that triggering terminally differentiated augments immunoglobulin production. Thus, boosting immediate antibody response by upon pathogen recognition may point a novel role
