摘要: A novel potential cell surface receptor of the tyrosine kinase gene family has been identified and characterized by molecular cloning. Its primary sequence is very similar to that human epidermal growth factor v-erbB oncogene product; chromosomal location for this protein coincident with neu oncogene, which suggests two genes may be identical.
