摘要: Celiac sprue is a condition of permanent gluten intolerance, whereby removal from the diet results in complete clinical and histologic recovery. Although Gee 28 initially described features childhood celiac disease, Dicke et al 20 observed that ingestion wheat flour was harmful to children with subsequently van de Kamer 85 demonstrated gliadin, alcohol-soluble component gluten, responsible for fat malabsorption patients sprue. There has been considerable progress genetic immunobiologic research, this article focuses on evolving issues diagnosis management disease.
