摘要: Abstract In the present investigation, Date (Phoenix dactylifera L.) stones were utilized in production of different types biodiesel addition to bio-oil. The oil was extracted from date with a yield 10.50 wt% and is used fatty acid methyl, ethyl mixed methyl/ethyl esters via KOH- catalyzed transesterification process methanol, ethanol methanol ethanol, respectively. Properties obtained biodiesels, such as density, kinematic viscosity, flash point, value, cloud pour points, total free glycerin contents refractive index evaluated found comparable those ASTM D 6751 biodiesel. FTIR spectroscopy confirmed conversion stone also tested new non-edible feedstock for bio-oil by pyrolysis semi batch reactor. influence temperature, time precursor particles size on bio- investigated. Furthermore, several important fuel properties, like point acidity following standard test methods documented other oils literature. produced through showed potential an source alternative chemicals well.
