摘要: The objective of this research was to investigate skeletal muscle response a chronic administration stretch–shortening cycles (SSCs) in young and old rats. Dorsiflexor muscles (30 months, n = 5) (12 weeks, 6) rats were exposed 3 times/week for 4.5 weeks protocol 80 maximal SSCs per exposure vivo. Skeletal characterized by isometric dynamic performance, as well wet mass quantitative morphological analyses following the period. performance groups not statistically different at start exposure.
