摘要: The present invention provides a vector comprising Protein Translation Peptide Elongation Factor-1 α promoter and nucleic acids encoding reverse tetracycline controlled transactivator, wherein the expression of said transactivator is under control promoter. In addition, method generating system for inducible regulated gene comprising: (a) isolation DNA fragment by restriction enzyme digestion, (b) generation vector, (c) directional cloning into ligation 5' EcoRi compatible overhangs, (d) Klenow mediated blunt end 3' Bam HI XbaI (e) partially ligated to produce expressing transactivator.
