摘要: Abstract Activation of J774-macrophages with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or LPS and recombinant interferon-γ (IFN-γ) induced nitric oxide (NO) synthase activity, as measured by the production nitrite citrulline. NO activity was suppressed loading cells oxidatively modified low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) but not acetylated LDL (ac-LDL), although intracellular lipid accumulation comparable. This suggests that extent activation lipid-loaded macrophages may be influenced type lipid.
