摘要: Tri-ortho-cresyl phosphate (TOCP) has been widely used as plasticizers, plastic softeners, and flame retardants in industry reported to have delayed neurotoxicity reproductive toxicology animals. However, it remains be elusive whether TOCP induces liver injury. In this study, male mice were orally administered different concentrations of (100, 200, or 400 mg/kg/day) for 28 days. Histological examination showed that led serious hepatocellular addition, administration induced a marked elevation the serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) aspartate (AST) levels mice. The content malondialdehyde (MDA) was increased significantly after treated with TOCP; while there dramatic decrease glutathione (GSH) activities antioxidative enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD) peroxidase (GSH-PX). inhibited viability mouse cancer Hepa 1-6 cells dose-dependent manner. Meanwhile, MDA GSH SOD GSH-PX cells, respectively. Oxidative stress dramatically cells; inhibition oxidative by N-acetyl-l-cysteine could rescue cell certain extent. summary, might involved TOCP-induced injury
