摘要: The human c-myb gene which encodes a DNA binding protein and is rarely amplified in neoplastic cells was found to be altered four glioblastoma cell lines. It exists multiple copies 2 out of 4 cases studied. degree amplification as determined by densitometry about 10-fold, rearrangement within the coding region an enhanced activity were noted. observation oncogene lines presents first report this effect brain tumor cells.
