摘要: NdFeB/a-Fe nanocomposite magnetic powders were prepared by sonochemical process. The then submitted to a hot press and subsequent deformation process spark plasma sintering (SPS) technique. Effect of α-Fe content on structure properties both isotropic anisotropic magnets was investigated. For pressed magnets, the remanence increases with α-Fe, while coercive force drops simultaneously. After deformation, no more than 2 vol.% exhibit obvious characteristic. however, anisotropy disappears due absence (001) crystal texture after deformation. It is, therefore, expected that plays an important role in formation C-axis during
