摘要: Epidermal growth factor (EGF) is a mitogen for epidermal cells in vivo1,2 and wide variety of culture3–5. Recently, we others have reported that EGF can also regulate the cellular levels various hormones6 fibronectin7 at concentrations which only minimally influence cell division. In addition, treatment GH3 affects chromatin structure such isolated nuclei from treated an increased capacity to bind bacterial RNA polymerase initiation site complexes6. Thus, data suggest nuclear functions are modulated by despite its failure affect DNA synthesis or proliferation. Yanker Shooter8 on accumulation nerve (NGF) PC12 NGF does not promote division but protein while inducing overt differentiation (neurite outgrowth). The similarities between two systems theories regarding mechanism mitogens exert their growth-promoting other effects9,10 led us investigate whether interaction nucleus be demonstrated after surface binding internalization cells. We report here when lysosomal degradation inhibited chloroquine, accumulates nucleus.
