摘要: The objectives of this study were to estimate the effects temperature on cardiovascular mortality in 26 regions south and west China from 2008 2011, identify socioeconomic demographic factors contributing such inter-region variation effect. A separate Poisson generalized additive model (GAM) was fitted percent changes at low high temperatures a daily basis for each region. used smooth functions nonlinear humidity control seasonal factor using calendar time variable. Given magnitude effect mortality, we employed Bayesian network (BN) potential region-specific that may explain variation. In most regions, an increasing trend or associated with increase across regions. Three factors, including per capita years education (as indicator economic status), percentage population over 65 age women had direct impact cold-related mortality. Number hospital beds availability medical resources), engaged industrial occupations, showed heat-related Due inequalities between development customized prevention adaptation programs address low/high vulnerable should be prioritized.
