摘要: Pancreatic cancer is an aggressive disease with a dismal prognosis in dire need of novel diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. The past decade has witnessed explosion data on the genetic alterations that occur pancreatic cancer, as comprehensive next-generation sequencing analyses have been performed samples from large cohorts patients. These studies defined genomic landscape this identified candidates whose mutations contribute to tumorigenesis. They also clarified underlie multistep tumorigenesis precursor lesions provided insights into clonal evolution neoplasia. In addition these important biology, scale foundation for development early detection strategies targeted therapies. review, we discuss results neoplasms, particular focus how their will impact clinical care patients cancer.
