摘要: The blood brain barrier (BBB) and the systemic toxicity of conventional chemotherapy present obstacles to success future blood-borne drug therapies tumors. work with polymer-encapsulated cancer drugs suggests an alternative more focused treatment approach. Our experimental strategy integrates direct intracerebral delivery, sustained release from liposomes or polymer implants, increased targeting either by chemically modifying using tumor-specific carriers. This review will some recent on targeted delivery for treatment.
