摘要: Abstract By considering an interfacial layer between the electrode and BiFeO 3 (BFO) layer, polarization hysteresis behavior of BFO film are simulated. It is found that non-ferroelectric interface will increase coercive field, remarkably suppress ultrathin under low applied fields. Due to competition effect internal compressive stress, maximum on P – E loop a can be independent thickness adequate field.
