摘要: Amphipterygium adstringens is a plant traditionally used to treat gingivitis, gastric ulcer and even cancer but the mechanism involved in regulation of immune response not elucidated yet. The 6-pentadecylsalicylic acid (6SA) main anacardic found A. adstringens. In order evaluate immune-modulatory abilities 6SA, we mouse splenocytes determined phosphorylation transcription factor NF-κB MAP kinases ERK1/2, JNK p38 helper cytotoxic T cells, natural killer (NK) cells F4/80(+) macrophages. Treatment with 6SA was as measured by both trypan blue exclusion tetrazolium salts (MTT) tests. Additionally, did alter proportion lymphocytes, NK or Moreover, treatment significantly increased JNK, P38 mainly this (peritoneal macrophages), secretion nitric oxide (NO), interleukin (IL)-6 tumour necrosis (TNF)-α decreased IL-4 IL-10 depending on MAPK phosphorylation. addition, migration phagocytic activity macrophages also different kinases. These data suggest that induces classical activation pathway via thus activating adaptive system.
