摘要: Decline of kidney function with time and its influencing factors were investigated in the present longitudinal study Type 2 (non-insulin-dependent) diabetic patients clinical nephropathy. Compared to a control group without proteinuria, proteinuric showed higher prevalence hypertension, systolic blood pressure values serum triglyceride levels. The annual loss glomerular was much (5.3 ml·min−1·1.73 m2) than subjects (0.9 m2). Correlation analyses revealed close correlation between decrease factors, diastolic pressure, postprandial glucose level as well body mass index. Regression for first that addition metabolic control, is also an independent factor progression Higher these parameters associated more rapid deterioration function.
