摘要: The synthesis of binary MoS2, MoSe2 and mixed [Mo(S1 − xSex)2] thin films onto a glass substrates using arrested precipitation technique (APT) is presented in this investigation. Growth kinetics mechanism film formation were studied for these are explained brief. stoichiometry the confirmed by analyzing Extractive spectrophotometric (ESP), atomic absorption spectroscopic (AAS) electron difftraction X-ray microanalysis (EDAX) techniques. semiconductor solution containing Mo(VI) Se(IV) extracted with N-n-octylaniline xylene determined ESP, AAS EDAX Further characterized its semiconducting behavior to test suitability molybdenum chalcogenides as photoelectrode convert radiant energy into electricity. It found that formed our recently developed has strong influence on photoconduction chalcogenide photoelectrodes.
