摘要: Enhanced cellular immunity following influenza vaccination has been undetectable in kidney transplant recipients so far. Protection from is dependent on and humoral immunity. Aim of the study was to investigate immune responses before after with A B antigens 65 recipients. significant increase proliferative only observed towards (P < 0.0001) by lymphocyte transformation test. The enzyme-linked immunospot (ELISpot) assay more sensitive detected significant, 3- 5-fold increases interferon-gamma secretion using antigens. Furthermore, antibody titers increased significantly 0.0001). At month 1 post-vaccination 85% patients displayed specific cellular, 95% or 92% against B, respectively. Thus, applying ELISpot assay, influenza-specific could be for first time vaccination.
