摘要: The neuronal growth factors nerve growth-factor (NGF) and fibroblast factor (FGF) play important roles in the development of both peripheral central nervous systems. These agents are survival vivo cell culture. They appear to promote differentiation different classes neurons may also some part guidance process outgrowth. It is apparent that factors, as exemplified by NGF FGF, encompass an enormous range actions, making elucidation underlying molecular mechanisms a formidable task. However, multidisciplinary approach has been brought bear on this task, studies action have gained from well contributed insights other fields.
