摘要: This invention is concerned with the formation of thermally stable positive and negative images on substrate surfaces, being capable withstanding heating to at least 200°C without significant loss in image quality or resolution. The are formed from a dual acting, aqueous developable, crosslinkable polymer coating which itself stable, photosensitive composition comprising acid hardening resin system photoacid generator dissolved solvent. compositions may also be used form protective coatings planarizing layers surfaces.
