摘要: The size of infectious disease outbreaks frequently depends on climate influences as well the level immunity in host population. This is particularly case with vectorborne and waterborne diseases, for which pathogen transmissibility critically ecological conditions. Here, a mathematical model that was applied to bacterium Vibrio cholerae understand its dynamics Bangladesh reviewed. When interfaced empirical data cholera, shows plays pivotal role modulating outbreaks, local, regional, global indices variability showing link transmissibility. Furthermore, incidence cholera may occasionally be surprisingly low at times when seems favour transmission.
