摘要: In the current study, we surveyed 339 firms to determine linkages among firm innovativeness, company mission, employee commitment and selected organisational learning practices. Our results demonstrated that significant relationships do indeed exist between variables studied. The suggest especially kinds of practices executives need follow if they are serious about getting maximum benefits their mission statements have offer in terms enhanced innovativeness. findings also indicate statements, without appropriate on part employees, may be just a waste valuable management time.
