摘要: Oral cancer is a growth-related disorder, and cyclins are the prime regulators of cell division. Cyclins associated with pathogenesis oral considered valuable biomarkers for diagnosis prognosis. These important molecules regulated in many ways to achieve gain function involved promoting neoplastic growth. While causes most cyclin overexpression varied, these may be induced by buccal mucosal insult mainly carcinogens that alter various pathways propelling cancer. Substantial experimental evidences support link between oncogenic signaling deregulation This review focuses on mechanisms which promote oncogenesis.
