摘要: Background Metastasis rather than the primary cancer determines survival of patients. Activation Akt plays a critical role in epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT), initial step lung metastasis. Apigenin (API), flavonoid with potent Akt-inhibitory effect, shows oncostatic activities various cancers. However, effects API on metastasis non-small cell (NSCLC) remain unclear.
