摘要: A pathogenic role for synovial fibroblasts has been established based on the study of samples originating from patients with longstanding rheumatoid arthritis (RA). To assess whether these cells also have such in early RA and they play a part resolution inflammatory arthritis, functional transcriptional characterisation was performed five distinct outcome groups: normal joints, resolving very RA, RA. Functional revealed differences migration rates between groups. Migration were significantly slower than those ones. No invasive characteristics identified. Transcriptional analysis demonstrated differing signatures both, unstimulated TNF stimulated samples. transcriptomic profile identified. The responses to stimulation each group generic changes response pro-inflammatory stimuli as well group-specific responses. These data extend previous observations indicating that may providing clues potential targets differentiating late RA.
