摘要: Abstract Background The diagnosis of early rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is challenging. B-cell chemokine (CXCL13) plays a critical role in the disease pathogenesis. Aim work To assess diagnostic value serum CXCL13 RA and compare it with factor (RF) anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (anti-CCP) antibodies. Patients methods study included 60 patients; 30 early, established healthy controls. modified health assessment questionnaire (MHAQ), Sharp-van der Heijde score (MSS) activity (DAS28) were assessed patients. RF, anti-CCP level measured. Results had mean age 39 ± 7.4 years duration 4.4 ± 5.7 years; they 46 females 12 males (F:M 3.8:1). Serum was significantly higher (191.7 ± 74.4 pg/ml) compared to (136.4 ± 79 pg/ml) (p = 0.007) which not observed RF anti-CCP; both than control (30.4 ± 13.5 pg/ml) (p Conclusion an important for superior performance anti-CCP. It may also be considered potential biomarker activity.
