摘要: This study aims to determine the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of epidermal growth factor receptor monoclonal antibody (EGFRmAb) modified poly(lactic acid-co-l-lysine) nanoparticles (PLA-PLL-EGFRmAb) NPs delivery system EGFR positive cancer cells. In study, a new PLA-PLL-EGFRmAb was prepared. The cellular cytotoxicity, uptake, targeted effect for hepatocellular carcinoma were investigated. vitro, findings Flow cytometry Confocal Laser scanning Biological Microscopy showed that can bind cells uptaken effectively. vivo in SMMC-7721 xenograft mouse model, could target tumor effectively, which demonstrated better targeting. These results have potential be used as carrier therapies.
