摘要: Unlike most vertebrate species, the time from fertilisation to hatching of certain genera annual fish (such as Austrofundulus, Nothobranchius) is not fixed and can be highly variable. Embryos these exhibit developmental arrest (diapause) at specific stages their development have a long-term viability. This potential was explored in view new culture-free microbiotest with species. In present study, hatchability eggs Nothobranchius guentheri stored under different conditions examined. Storage initiated 3 stages: stage 20 - 26, 30-32 (diapause II), prehatching stage. Overall, decreased storage temperature optimal (24 30°C) suboptimal (15 20°C) found negative effect on both success pattern. The diapause II on, however, only observed for period 30 days. No significant characteristics when duration increased 60 When similar were employed (i.e. 24°C, 65 days), noticed experiment 26 eggs, that started eggs. Hatching obtained study ranged 28% 75% highest percentage 24h after start incubation. Contrary findings reported literature related high oxygen concentration incubation medium appeared no N
