摘要: Approximately one in six men will be diagnosed with some form of prostate cancer their lifetime. Over 250,000 worldwide die annually due to complications from cancer. While advancements screening and therapies have helped lowering this statistic, better tests more effective are still needed. This review summarize the novel roles androgen receptor (AR), epidermal growth factor (EGFR), EGFRvIII variant, TP53, long-non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), microRNAs (miRs), NF-kappa-B, chromosomal translocations, neutrophil associated gelatinase, (NGAL), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), tumor microenvironment stem cells (CSC) on diagnosis, development treatment
