摘要: Soilless cultures are nowadays an important tool for both (i) large scale synthesis of pharmaceutically active products, and (ii) ex situ conservation endemic and/or endangered plants that also horticultural importance. Epilobium hirsutum explants were grown on solid- shaken liquid-medium, multiplication greater biomass production, respectively. Secondary metabolites extracted from the thus obtained mainly polyphenols (galloylglucose monomeric dimeric ellagitannins), which in prostate adenoma treatment, among others. Seedlings' dry production increased 1.5 g DW L -1 to 22 after 15 days when nodes/inocula light, using different phytohormonal conditions. yield (polyphenols) seedlings was equal or higher (under some conditions) than intact normally, soil, under normal In vitro solid media resulted a collection 12 species Europe, 7 Romania, Included this are: Dianthus spiculifolius, D. nardiformis, henteri, glacialis subsp. gelidus, haematocalyx pindicola, seguieri, sternbergii, Achillea pyrenaica, Paradisea liliastrum. petraeus simonkaianus with best rate (110 shoots/inoculum).
