摘要: Evidence material from sexual assault cases which had been submitted to the laboratory for routine processing were examined determine usefulness of AmpliType® PM PCR Amplification and Typing Kit developed by Roche Molecular Systems forensic evidence. In all in a conclusive answer was reached AmpliType system, results agreed with or surpassed previously obtained RFLP testing. The DNA test system has promise as quick easy method elimination inclusion suspects.
