Enhanced magneto-electric property of GaFeO3 in Ga(1−x)ZnxFeO3 (x=0, 0.05, 0.10)

摘要: Abstract Nanocrystalline samples of gallium orthoferrite (GaFeO3, GFO) and Zn doped GaFeO3 (Ga0.95Zn0.05FeO3, GZFO1 Ga0.90Zn0.10FeO3, GZFO2) are prepared by sol–gel method. Crystallographic phase each sample has been confirmed analyzing the X-ray diffractogram using FULLPROF program all grown in distorted perovskite type structure. Magnetic measurements carried out temperature range 300–4 K. Dielectric ferroelectric also at room temperature. Interestingly, magnetization electric polarization enhanced compared to those pristine GFO. The dielectric constant measured presence absence a magnetic field that (GFO, GZFO1, type-II multiferroics magnetocapacitance is samples. simultaneous enhancement magnetization, magneto-capacitance co-efficient GFO will be quite interesting for applications electronic memory devices.
