摘要: Abstract Purpose To evaluate the efficacy of grafting materials in lateral and vertical ridge augmentations. Materials methods A systematic review literature on clinical use years 1995 to April 2015 was conducted using electronic search PubMed Cochrane libraries hand eight print journals. total 184 papers were included, comprising 6182 patients. Parameters evaluated observation period [months], bone formation [histologic area%], defect fill [%], horizontal gain [mm], loss augmented volume complication rate implant survival [%]. Results are expressed as weighted means ± SD. obtained after a mean 27.4 months (range 3–168 months). Bone areas varied from 33.2 ± 14.9% for allogeneic grafts 56.0 ± 25.6% mixtures autogenous other materials. Defect dehiscence defects ranged 51.0 ± 13.6% (synthetic) 85.8 ± 13.4% (xenogeneic) different materials, with an overall 79.8 ± 18.7%. Weighted all particulate 3.7 ± 1.2 mm, variation between 2.2 ± 1.2 mm 4.5 ± 1.0 mm (mixtures allogeneic/xenogeneic material) without statistical significance. 3.7 ± 1.4 mm. Vertical substantially higher when space-making barrier such titanium meshes used; however this also associated strong increase rate. Block achieved by approximately 1 mm. The block significantly increased compared material only extraoral donor sites used. Conclusion Horizontal 3.7 mm average can be This meshes. Substantial gains beyond dimension require grafts.
