摘要: Abstract Nowadays, conventional springs are replaced with the composite material having a lot of better properties like low weight, simple fabrication and cost to performance. Environmental awareness all over world has developed attention in its application different areas. In present work, is considered for suspension system leaf spring. this paper composite-material spring (CMLS) been studied characterization mechanical properties. rear Mahindra pickup made steel (CSLS) used. A hand lay-up technique was used make CMLS. Matrix (epoxy resin hardener) E-Glass fiber as material. Composite-material fabricated hardness bending behavior were investigated. It found that 79.13% weight reduced. From Experimental results, strength CMLS nearer CSLS. Weight fraction design also effect on Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) analysis done recognize microstructure
