摘要: In this study, the optimised β-carotene loaded nanostructured lipid carriers (NLC) were prepared using solvent diffusion method. Response surface methodology (RSM) was employed in conjunction with a central composite design (CCD) to evaluate effect of preparation variables on particle size and stability optimise NLC formulation. Quadratic polynomial best fitted mathematical model for experimental results. The statistical evaluations revealed that phase concentration surfactant had significant NLC. addition, influence liquid total ratio temperature degradation more important. optimum formulations minimum (8-15 nm) low (0-3%) derived from models experimentally examined which demonstrated reasonable agreement between predicted values. Transition electron microscopy (TEM) observations exhibited spherical morphology
