摘要: Lymphocyte surface markers (E-SRBC, EAC, EA gamma and SmIg) monoclonal antibodies (OKT3, OKT4, OKT8 OKIa) were used to characterise the blood bone marrow lymphocytes of T-cell CLL (8 patients). The diagnosis was made primarily as majority formed E-SRBC in each patient. Other markers-EAC, SmIg--showed different patterns association with E-SRBC. These findings considered together described 4 phenotypes amongst these patients: (a) E+ (3 patients), (b) E+, EAC+ (1 patient), (c) + (2 (d) SmIg+ Similarly, groups defined help antibodies. Helper patients) suppressor patient) showed predominantly helper T- T-lymphocytes respectively. Mixed comprised an equal proportion both subpopulations, while remaining 3 patients, excess one or other subpopulations along a considerable Ia antigen-bearing lymphocytes, indeterminate cell type CLL.
