摘要: A woman with a T cell lymphoproliferative malignacy and heterozhgosity at the X chromosome-linked locus for glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6PD) isoenzymes was studied to find clonal origin of her circulating neoplastic cells. The red blood cells, polymorphonuclear whole mononuclear cell-depleted cells contained both B G-6-PD. In contrast, tumor separated by using their capacity form rosettes sheep only isoenzyme This observation strongly suggests monoclonality this malignancy.
