摘要: Seven different experimental glioma models were studied to determine their capillary permeability horseradish peroxidase. The the autochthonous ASV-viral model, intracerebral (ic) and (sc) injections of rat 9L RG-2 tumor cell lines, sc S-69C15 line, human glioblastoma lines in nude mice. model showed an average HRP 63% volume, ic tumors 100% permeable, 41% permeable. marginal zone (brain-tumor interface) similar variation from group group. In contrast, all permeable regardless line used create tumors. Our results show variability between these models, suggest that gliomas should be optimal assess tumoricidal effect drugs, because access compartment vascular is complete.
