摘要: Antibody levels to measles were evaluated in 16 HIV-seropositive and 34 seronegative pregnant women cord blood samples of their infants. Infants followed prospectively, a second sample was taken at 3-7 months age. significantly lower HIV-exposed bloods birth (p=0.01 0.04, respectively) compared controls. The prevalence protective immunity (≥ 1.09 optical density ratio) also (p=0.02) women. T-cell counts who nonimmune (268/mm3) those immune (618/mm3), but the difference did not reach significance (p=0.07). Thus, even some may need booster vaccine ensure passage adequate passive immunity.
