摘要: PURPOSE: We reviewed our institution’s experience treating patients with ductal carcinoma-in-situ (DCIS) breast-conserving therapy (BCT) to determine the impact of patient age on outcome. PATIENTS AND METHODS: From 1980 1993, 146 were treated BCT for DCIS. All underwent excisional biopsy, and 64% re-excision. received whole-breast irradiation a median dose 45 Gy. Ninety-four percent boost tumor bed, total 60.4 slides every by one pathologist. The follow-up period was 7.2 years.
