摘要: Beclin 1, a positive regulator of autophagy, behaves as double-edged sword in tumorigenesis. 1 contributes to tumor suppression by removing defective or damaged organelles and other cellular components; however, its activity can also stimulate cancer initiation progression. In head neck cancer, overexpression promotes which limits DNA damage chromosomal instability increases necrosis inflammation impacting apoptotic autophagic pathways. This paper reviews the relationship between carcinogenesis prognosis.
