摘要: The NS1 gene encoded by Type A influenza virus circulates as two alleles, the and B allele. immunomodulatory properties of allele have been thoroughly examined; however, comparisons function predominantly made in mammalian systems. Here we show that counter to current understanding mammals, alleles similarly regulate elements type I interferon (IFN) signaling pathway, including interferon-inducible genes Mx 2'-5' oligoadenylate synthase (2'-5' OAS), IL-6, which share same induction pathway interferons embryo fibroblasts from chickens, turkeys or ducks. Replication reassortant viruses demonstrated replicates more higher titers than duck cells; cells chickens turkeys. Finally, chimeric constructs were used identify a region conferred statistically significant differences expression replication observed between alleles.
