摘要: Abstract Three synthetic vespulakinin analogues either with or without carbohydrate moieties and mastoparan B isolated from Vespa basalis venom were investigated for their immunogenic activity solution conformation. Mice immunized these wasp peptides, the exception of (Gal α )Thr 3 , 4 -vespulakinin 1, showed positive antibody responses. However, response elicited by was much higher than those induced analogues. The class peptides identified as an IgG 1 isotype κ -light chain, suggesting stimulation a T-cell-dependent immune peptides. According to circular dichroism spectra structures in largely unordered, while exhibited conformation rich -helices. presence rather random structure vespulakinins may interfere T-cell recognition leading lower
