摘要: Oncogene addiction is a phenomenon that the survival of cancer cells depends on an activated oncogene or inactivation tumor suppressor gene, and regarded as 'Achilles heel' successful molecular targeted therapies in cancer. However, role gliomas has not been elucidated systematically. In this review, we summarize current experimental clinical evidence for concept describe mechanisms explaining gliomas. And implications therapy are further emphasized. addition, discuss future direction defining complex "oncogene network" through integrated analysis multiple platforms flow genetic information gliomagenesis.
