摘要: African swine fever is widespread in Africa but has occasionally been introduced into other continents. In June 2007, was isolated the Caucasus Region of Republic Georgia and subsequently neighboring countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, 9 states Russian Federation). Previous data for sequencing 3 genes indicated that 2007/1 isolate closely related to isolates genotype II, which identified Mozambique, Madagascar, Zambia. We report complete genomic coding sequence comparison with isolates. A genome 189,344 bp encoding 166 open reading frames (ORFs) obtained. Phylogeny based on concatenated sequences 125 conserved ORFs showed this clustered most Mkuzi 1979 isolate. Some differently, suggesting recombination may have occurred. Results provide a baseline monitoring changes virus.
