摘要: Biosensor is an analytical device to detect the biomolecules assisted by transducer and physicochemical detector. A good biosensor expecting be with low cost, easy perform identify results without prior experience. In addition, a has two main key characteristics such as sensitivity specificity; these are mainly determined affinity of assistance sensing system. Microfluidic-based lab-on-chip one fast growing technologies in field bring positive delivery set-up. On other hand, gold nanoparticle (GNP) powerful tool enhance biomolecular detection higher it been proved for effective applications different sensors. this review, we discussed microfluidic-based GNP biosensing new level developments, which elevate step ahead.
