摘要: SummaryBackground Blood Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) levels are influenced by both addiction and mood disorders, as well somatic conditions, gender, genetic polymorphisms, leading to widely varying results. Depressive symptoms episodes frequently observed in patients with alcohol-use disorder, vary over time, making it a challenge determine which aspects specifically involved variations of serum BDNF this population. Methods We assessed 227 alcohol dependence detoxification program, at baseline after follow-up six months, for the AUDIT score, length dependence, number past programs.
